Service Delivery Manager

Jumar’s Flexible Managed Service is about working proactively as a partner with our clients and our Service Delivery Manager plays a key role in this partnership. 

Typically, the Service Delivery Manager works closely with clients and their Jumar Account Manager to customise the service at its inception and work alongside the client’s resource management during periodic capacity planning activities.  They will be working as part of the team at the client site with additional responsibility for ensuring that the right resources are available at the right point in the project.  They will also manage any day to day issues to ensure all team members are working effectively and to maximum capacity.

As new Jumar team members join a project, the Service Delivery Manager will take responsibility for ensuring they all complete an agreed induction before they start work so that they can hit the ground running.

The Service Delivery Manager is also responsible for providing Management Reporting and resource capacity planning where requested and managing the Skills Transfer/Mentoring Process.
