You have the facility to use our Personal Profiling service, either for individuals or whole teams, to recruit the right mix of people.
Jumar uses a powerful profiling tool called ‘Personal Profile Analysis’ from Thomas International, a global provider of objective management systems and business assessment tools.
The system is used to gain a practical insight into how individuals behave at work, their strengths and limitations, as well as how they communicate. It can also identify the key traits required for a particular role and hence ensure an individual we provide is a perfect match.
This process helps us place candidates into existing teams at our customers’ sites and we find that we can match new people to the structure of an existing team allowing them to integrate much more quickly, thus providing a more effective resource for our clients.
