Management Reporting

The Management Reporting conducted by the Service Delivery Manager provides a snapshot of the work completed and work planned by the Jumar resources in your team(s) and confirms that the right resources are in place to meet the project deadlines.   

Reports can provide a full breakdown of days worked versus days planned to assist clients with managing their budgets. 

Where appropriate, particularly where Jumar are responsible for fixed price work packages, status updates will be provided.   We will also highlight any issues that may affect the successful and timely completion of a project and where possible, propose solutions for the client to consider.

The reporting can also add value by providing a forum for Jumar staff to suggest ideas and innovations for improving processes or working practices at the client based on their previous experiences. 

The exact format, content and the frequency of the reporting is entirely up to you and will be agreed as part of the set up of the Flexible Managed Service.
